It was a Labor Day weekend, very short notice, when I called Bob Mears and asked if he could help me apply for a Restricted Health Condition exception. I needed to submit the request to CCL by the coming Tuesday so that I could re-admit a client whose needs had increased. Within 24 hours, Bob completed the documents I needed, explained my responsibilities and all I had to do was sign and submit everything. On my own, I think the job would’ve taken me a week. A CCL supervisor approved the exception 48 hours after I turned it in.
